Is Serenio free for organizations?
No. Serenio is free for individuals. When an organization offers Serenio to its people, that's a paid partnership. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
Can we see what our people say to Yuyu?
No. Conversations belong to each person. We don't share them with employers, universities or any organization.
Does Serenio replace counselling or an employee assistance programme?
No. Serenio is a companion for everyday feelings, not a clinical service. It works alongside professional support and points people toward it.
How does Serenio handle safety?
Every message is checked for signs of crisis, and people are shown 24-hour support lines they can call with a tap. Serenio isn't an emergency service, and no one monitors conversations. Read exactly what happens.
